We love fast deliveries and always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Pillows & Textiles: 2–5 business days

  • Wallpaper: 3–5 business days

Shipping Within Europe

  • Orders over €200: Free shipping

  • Orders under €200: Shipping cost €20

Shipping Method

We ship all orders with UPS.

Please note:

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • Deliveries are made on business days between 08:00–18:00 (8am–6pm).

  • You may specify an alternate delivery address, such as your workplace, during checkout.

International Orders (Outside EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges vary depending on the order value, the type of product, and the destination country.
Please note: These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with all labels and tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Email info@adamsbro.se with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Your name, email address, phone number, and payment method

  2. We will email you a prepaid UPS return label.

  3. Print and attach the label to your return package, then drop it off at your nearest UPS Access Point.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: €15 (deducted from your refund)

  • Bulky item returns: €45

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs for refunds. These are always deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method: credit card, Klarna invoice, or PayPal.

  • If you’ve paid by Klarna invoice, and the due date is approaching, we recommend paying the invoice to avoid late fees. Klarna will issue a credit once we process your return.

  • Processing can take up to 14 days. During sale periods, it may take longer.


Returns Outside Sweden & EU

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable on orders shipped outside the EU.

  • Shipping costs are also non-refundable on international returns.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email info@adamsbro.se with your order number and a request to cancel. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process applies.


Product Claims / Faulty Items

If you discover a defect, please email info@adamsbro.se as soon as possible with a description of the issue.

Each claim is reviewed manually in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.

  • Processing time: 14–30 banking days

  • If the claim is not approved, the item will be returned to you.


Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, you will be charged for:

  • Shipping costs (both ways)

  • Handling and storage fees

Fee: €20

Please note: Uncollected packages do not count as a valid cancellation of the order.
