Shipping policy

We love fast deliveries and do our best to deliver your goods to your nearest postal agent as soon as we can.

We have the following delivery times:

Pillows and textiles 2-5 working days.

Wallpaper 3-5 days 

Shipping within EUROPA order value: 200 € Free shipping .Order value below shipping cost will be added: 20 € .For Bulky items shipping cost will be added 40 €.

International orders are shipped with UPS. When shipping with UPS, please note that the goods cannot be delivered to you without your signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) during business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when placing your order, for example your work address.

SHIPPING

We send your goods with UPS Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.

Please note that all orders shipped outside of EU will be charged of customs duties. These charges vary a lot and depends on the total amount of the order, what kind of goods it is and from which country it is shipped

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an item, you do so by sending an email to info@adamsbro.se stating your order number and that you want to cancel the order.

RECLAIM

If there is a defect in the product, you should within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us of the defect by email to info@adamsbro.se We will then inform you about how to proceed (the rules regarding complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act) .

Each complaint is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 14-30 banking days before you see your refund on your account. Unauthorised complaints are returned to the sender.   

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If the customer does not pick up their package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping, returns and any storage costs. Cost: €15

Uncollected packages, are not classified as a cancellation of orders.
